            Park the car on a level surface, turn off the engine, and remove the keys from the ignition to ensure safety. Put on safety glasses and gloves to protect against acid spills or sparks. Use a socket wrench to loosen and disconnect the negative terminal first, marked with a minus sign. Next, disconnect the positive terminal, marked with a plus sign, ensuring no metal tools contact both terminals simultaneously. Remove any securing brackets or clamps holding the battery in place with the appropriate tools. Carefully lift the old battery out of the tray, using both hands or a battery carrier for safety. Inspect the battery tray and clean any corrosion or debris with a terminal cleaner or wire brush. Place the new battery into the tray, aligning the terminals correctly with the cables. Secure the battery with the clamps or brackets, tightening them to manufacturer specifications. Reconnect the positive terminal first, tightening the clamp securely to prevent loose connections. Reconnect the negative terminal, ensuring it is tight and secure. Spray battery terminal protector on the terminals to prevent future corrosion. Close the hood, start the engine, and verify that the battery is functioning properly.
