Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 10th, 2025
DIY4UAI (“DIY4UAI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to making our website, diy4uai.com (the “Site”), accessible to all users, regardless of technology or ability. We actively work to increase the accessibility and usability of our Site and strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standard.
Our Commitment and Improvement Areas
We view accessibility as an ongoing priority and continuously work to improve:
• Site structure and navigation
• Color contrast and text readability
• Keyboard navigation and visible focus indicators
• Alternative text for images and captions/transcripts for media
Reporting Accessibility Barriers
If you experience difficulty accessing or using any part of our Site, or if you have feedback on how we can improve accessibility, please contact us.
• Email: accessibility@diy4uai.com (or info@diy4uai.com)
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
1) A brief description of the accessibility issue you encountered
2) The URL (web address) of the page where the issue occurred
3) Your browser, operating system, and (if applicable) any assistive technology used
Response time: We aim to acknowledge messages within 2 business days and to provide a resolution or workaround as quickly as possible.
Requesting Reasonable Accommodations
If you need content in an alternative format (for example, a plain-text guide, transcript, or step-by-step instructions without video), email us and we will try to provide an accessible alternative within a reasonable timeframe.
Conformance Status and Technical Specifications
Our target conformance level is WCAG 2.1 AA. Some content may not yet fully meet all success criteria; we prioritize fixes based on user impact and frequency.
The Site relies on HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and WAI-ARIA. It is designed to work with current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox) and common assistive technologies (e.g., NVDA, VoiceOver). Internet Explorer and very old browser versions are not supported.
Known Limitations and Third-Party Content
While we strive for 100% compliance, please note:
• Temporary issues: Because we continuously update and add content, some pages may briefly contain non-conforming elements before we identify and address them.
• Known limitations (if any): e.g., older embedded videos may lack comprehensive captions; some third-party interactive widgets (like ad or affiliate embeds) may not be fully navigable using a keyboard.
• Third-party content: Features provided by third parties (e.g., YouTube embeds, ad networks, affiliate widgets) may be partially or wholly outside our control. We implement official, accessibility-supported methods where possible and will raise issues with vendors. If an accessibility issue is related to third-party content, contacting the provider directly may help expedite a fix.
Continuous Improvement
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We review new features for accessibility impact before launch and welcome feedback to help us prioritize fixes that matter most to our users.
