Run the pool pump for at least 8 hours daily to circulate and filter the water. Clean the pool tiles with a brush to prevent calcium buildup and staining. Check for visible signs of wear or damage on hoses, fittings, and seals. Store pool chemicals in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Use gloves and eye protection when handling pool chemicals to avoid injury. Keep the pool cover clean and remove it carefully to avoid debris falling in. Rinse off pool tools after use to prevent chemical buildup and corrosion. Record water test results and maintenance actions in a log for tracking.
